Toni Nicolino became an aspiring horror writer at six years old, when she fell in love with Old Tom Tildrum, the fearsome cat from Paul Galdone’s King of the Cats. Since then, her short fiction has appeared in magazines, anthologies, and podcasts, including Spooklights, High Strange Horror,  Morpheus Tales, The Big Book of New Short Horror, Daily Frights, and Pseudopod. She has also been published in Reader’s Digest, Women’s Health, Women’s Wear Daily, CosmoGIRL!, ELLEGirl, Budget Living, OK!, and Zink magazines. She lives in Manhattan with her husband Anthony, their daughter Charlie, and their three cats: May, Shea, and—you guessed it—Old Tom.
